Exclusive: Some Claim Only Missionary Intercourse is Morally Licit. They're Wrong.

If you find certain Catholics of a more radical traditionalist bent argue that only missionary sexual positions between spouses are morally licit, keep in mind that the primary reason why traditional authors cautioned against alternative positions was because it was thought that they significantly decreased the risk of conception. We now know that this is not true, and most traditional theologians never condemn sexual acts as gravely wrong on the basis of "obscenity" alone. More on this in future articles!
