A New Resource for Military Couples: Free Relationship Coaching

Overview

Military life places unique demands on relationships, and many couples are left trying to figure things out on their own. To provide a clear, confidential starting point, we are now offering up to three free 50-minute relationship coaching sessions for currently serving military and uniformed service members and their partner. This program offers practical guidance to help you address communication challenges, conflict, and disconnection without involving the military health system. If you are looking for real support and a clear next step, this is a simple place to begin.

If you are currently serving in the military or uniformed services, you already know that the demands of service can put real strain on your relationship.

Long hours. Training cycles. Deployments. Constant transitions.

Even strong couples can find themselves struggling with communication, conflict, or feeling disconnected and unsure where to turn.

At the same time, many service members hesitate to seek help. There is often concern about confidentiality, career impact, or simply not knowing what resources can be trusted.

That is why we are launching a new program specifically for you.

Free Relationship Coaching for Military Couples

We now offer up to three free, confidential 50-minute relationship coaching sessions for currently serving members of the U.S. military and uniformed services, as well as service members from other nations. You are welcome to attend individually, though we strongly recommend that both partners participate when possible.

This program is designed to give you practical support and clear direction.

We will help you:

  • Identify the core challenges in your relationship

  • Improve communication and reduce conflict

  • Take concrete steps toward strengthening your relationship

This is not therapy, and it is not part of the military health system. There is no diagnosis, no treatment, and no information shared with command or military medical systems. The goal is simple: give you a place to talk openly and get real help without unnecessary barriers.

A Starting Point, Not the Whole Journey

For some couples, a few focused sessions can make a meaningful difference.

For others, this will be a starting point, helping you understand what is going on and what your next step should be, whether that is continued coaching or another trusted resource.

Either way, you do not have to stay stuck.

If You Need Support, Start Here

If your relationship is under strain, this is a simple way to get support quickly and confidentially.

We aim to schedule the first session within 24 to 48 hours, based on availability.

If you are ready to take that first step, you can learn more and schedule your session below.
