Looking Ahead to 2026: Gratitude, Growth, and the Work Before Us

Overview

As we enter 2026, we reflect briefly on the growth of the past year and share what is now taking shape, including new coaching programs, expanded formation, and renewed opportunities for prayer, teaching, and support.

As we begin 2026, we want to share where we are and where we are going.

The past year involved steady work, careful development, and a growing demand for faithful, competent guidance in marital intimacy. As we move forward, our focus is on building responsibly on what has already taken shape.

A Brief Look Back at 2025

Over the course of 2025, our work continued to reach a growing audience. Across catholicintimacy.org and our LearnWorlds course platform, we served approximately 76,000 users. Our social media presence also expanded, with steady growth and engagement on both Facebook and Instagram. Our newsletter saw 391 net new subscribers, allowing us to remain directly connected with those who want to follow and support this work.

In terms of direct service, we provided approximately 250 hours of coaching and moral consultations. These hours reflect real conversations with couples and individuals navigating concrete marital and sexual challenges. During the year, we also published 58 new articles, continuing our commitment to clear teaching rooted in Catholic moral theology and informed by lived experience.

In 2025, we received $3,600 in donations. We are currently supported by six monthly donors, one Patreon subscriber, and eight course subscribers. Each of these contributions helps sustain both the visible and behind-the-scenes work of this apostolate.

Prayer at the Center of the Work

Throughout 2025, monthly Masses were offered for the intentions and spiritual good of our readers, clients, subscribers, and supporters.

Beginning in 2026, both a Traditional Latin Mass and a Byzantine Divine Liturgy will be celebrated each month for these same intentions. This reflects our conviction that the renewal of marriage and family life begins with grace, and that this work must remain rooted in prayer and the sacramental life of the Church.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Several important developments are already underway as we move into the new year.

Certified Catholic Sexual Intimacy Coach Program

Motivated by the initiative of a future coach, we are launching the Certified Catholic Sexual Intimacy Coach Program.

Applications are open. The program is still in its early stages, and we are intentionally working with motivated students who are willing to help forge this path thoughtfully and responsibly. One applicant is already preparing to begin, and now is an especially good time for others who feel called to this work to reach out.

The program is built on demonstrated competence in the applied sciences of moral theology and clinical sexology and is formed through extensive supervised practice. Those interested can learn more on the Certified Catholic Sexual Intimacy Coach Program page.

Expansion of Specialized Coaching Programs

With growing demand, experience, training, and consultation, I have refined several previously unpublished coaching programs to the point that they are ready for formal implementation with couples who meet each program’s specific parameters. For those who do not fit a particular program, we will continue to offer customized coaching plans tailored to their needs.

These programs include:

  • Out-of-Control Sexual Behavior support

  • Female sexual trauma recovery

  • Female sexual response and orgasm training

  • Advanced Sexual Practice in Marriage

Even before these programs were formally launched, we received early inquiries, and two couples began coaching over the Christmas break. This confirmed the need for more structured pathways while reinforcing our commitment to careful, appropriate matching rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Podcast Revival and Live Engagement

Theo and I also plan to revive the podcast in a new format. Beginning this year, we will host monthly livestreams focused on teaching, discussion, and live Q&A.

The first livestream will be Monday, January 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM CST. We look forward to engaging more directly with those following this work.

Building Sustainable Support

As this apostolate continues to grow, so do its practical needs. To ensure we can continue providing free educational content and accessible resources, we are actively exploring grant funding and are opening an inquiry for a fundraiser to help lead this effort. This is a mission-driven role, and we invite qualified individuals to reach out if they are interested.

At the same time, monthly donor support remains essential. Our concrete goal for sustainability is 100 monthly donors giving $10 or more per month. These small, consistent gifts make it possible to cover overhead, support our team, and continue offering the free services that many rely on.

Gratitude and Invitation

We are deeply grateful to everyone who reads, shares, prays for, supports, and participates in this work. This apostolate exists because people recognize the importance of faithful, honest, and competent guidance for married couples.

As we move further into 2026, we invite you to continue walking with us through prayer, participation, and support in whatever way you are able.

Thank you for being part of this mission.

Monthly Fundraising Goal

Your donations enable us to keep writing. If you found this article helpful, then please pay it forward for the next couple.
